Working as a dental receptionist at Smile Dental Care In this role as a dental receptionist, you'll work in team service, which is the reception area at Smile. As a team service employee, you'll welcome our patients to the clinic and provide them with excellent service. The role includes several administrative tasks such as managing appointment schedules in collaboration with our practitioners, handling incoming mail and phone calls, and other administrative duties such as billing and ordering. In this position, it's important to be flexible, as you may also assist dentists in scheduled clinical work when needed. Some of your responsibilities: Welcome and receive our patients at the clinic in a secure and professional manner Handle incoming matters via phone and email Manage administrative tasks such as billing and other administration Assist dentists in clinical work when needed Who are we looking for? In addition to the above competencies, we see that you: Are a trained dental hygienist/receptionist Have previous experience as a dental hygienist/receptionist Meritorious, but not required, experience from reception work Speak and write fluent Swedish Employment and start date We offer a permanent full-time position (100%). Start date by agreement. We conduct continuous selection, but during summer and vacation periods the process may take somewhat longer than usual.
