About Us The Nättraby clinic is centrally located in the community next to the church and Nättrabyån river. Folktandvården and the Health Center share the same facility, which is owned by the Region. The clinic has 3 dentists and 1 hygienist, as well as 6 dental hygienists, one of whom is a coordinator. We are a team with mixed ages and experience. Together we work with all aspects of general dental care and in close collaboration with our specialist dentists. Professional cooperation is a given among our practitioners, and guidance is available at the clinic. Nättraby is a community with well-developed retail, services, and schools. There are good transportation connections, and the location is within cycling distance to Karlskrona city center. In the central city of Karlskrona, there is a wide range of services and good connections to other clinics. About the Job We offer the opportunity for rewarding and varied work. The role includes all typical dental hygienist tasks such as assisting dentists in both pediatric and adult dental care, sterilization work, digital patient consultations, and reception duties. We are looking for someone who is a qualified dental hygienist; newly graduated or with previous experience in the profession. It is important that you are positive and engaged, collaborative, customer-focused, and flexible. You will work with the Frenda dental care system. About You We are looking for someone with a valid dental hygienist qualification and who expresses themselves well in speech and writing and has strong command of the Swedish language. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and finding solutions together. We value flexibility in your work approach and the ability to prioritize in stressful situations. The role requires professional conduct toward the clinic's patients and colleagues. You should enjoy working with people and always keeping the patient in focus. As a person, you are thorough, have a sense of structure and planning, and have experience with this. We value your strong ability to communicate with patients, family members, and colleagues. We look positively on the willingness to improve efficiency and develop the business. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
