About the Operation
Do you want to help develop the dental care of the future and contribute to increased accessibility for patients? We are now seeking an engaged and organized operations manager for our Mobile Clinic.
The Mobile Clinic makes it possible to offer dental care close to patients, for example pediatric dentistry and care facilities in rural areas.

This position is a permanent full-time employment with start date September 1, 2026, or by agreement. The work location is Sollefteå/Kramfors or Örnsköldsvik and will be determined in dialogue with the recruiting manager.
Duties
As operations manager for our Mobile Clinic, you have a central role in ensuring a well-functioning operation in the field in good collaboration with the unit manager. You are responsible for the daily operations of the Mobile Clinic. You will work with tasks such as:
Being the contact person towards the operations.
Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the Mobile Clinic.
Ensuring that equipment and materials are available and functioning.
Being the contact person towards the operations.
Working with quality, work environment, and improvement initiatives.
Supporting and mentoring staff who staff the Mobile Clinic.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
Are a trained dental hygienist
Have at least two years of professional experience as a dental hygienist
Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Have a B driver's license
