We are looking for you to join our wonderful family clinic, Söderåsens Tandklinik, now part of Tandfokus and renamed Tandfokus Söderåsen, as a dental hygienist as our practice grows. We currently have 5 people at the clinic and our goal is to soon be 6. We prefer that you have 3+ years of experience in the profession (though more is welcome!), and it's more important that you are the right person for the job than the exact number of years you've worked. What do we mean by the right person for the job? For us, it means you: - Are a thorough and skilled dental hygienist - Speak fluent Swedish without any issues - Are very social, friendly, and enjoy communicating with patients (and people in general) - Want to develop and learn more - Enjoy having fun at work - Possess a high degree of teamwork ability, conscientiousness, and want to help with other tasks at the clinic beyond the usual clinical duties (seeing what needs to be done and helping each other do it together) You will work with a wonderful team that believes it's important to have fun at work. Your responsibilities will also include helping to lead operations at the clinic together with your colleagues.
