Within Public Dental Care, there is a wide range of areas of expertise. We offer both general and specialist dental care and also participate in clinical training of dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and dental technicians. We are now seeking dentists for Umeå and Vännäs/Bjurholm. We provide modern and health-focused dental care for both children and adults and are looking for someone who wants to make a difference. Here you will have the opportunity to work with quality dental care in an operation where commitment, development, and patient focus are central. We look forward to your application! 6 position(s). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a dentist with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure. We offer varied work with patients of all ages and with different care needs. You work both independently and in a team with examinations, advanced treatments, and emergency dental care. We are also responsible for staffing the Dental Emergency Clinic at Norrland University Hospital (NUS) together with other Public Dental Care clinics in the Umeå region. With us, you will receive thorough introduction to your new role with good development opportunities and the ability to work in your areas of interest. As a newly graduated dentist, you will have access to clinical mentoring and support so that you can develop and grow into your professional role. We are proud of the collaboration that exists between our clinics. It contributes to good development opportunities and may mean that work at more than one of our workplaces can become relevant. We use computerized scheduling and the medical record system T4, as well as the speech recognition tool Voxit Vocal. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a licensed dentist or who is about to complete your dental education. We value that you are committed, knowledgeable, and passionate about performing your work with high quality and customer satisfaction. You are responsible and see patient care as a natural part of the work. This includes the ability to see the patient's needs from a holistic perspective. Your working style is structured and you take the initiatives and decisions required in your role. You have good communication skills, work in a structured manner, and enjoy contributing to both the operation's development and good teamwork.
