In the role of clinic manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and developing operations in accordance with applicable goals and guidelines. You have responsibility for finances, personnel, recruitment, and work environment, and you ensure that the clinic complies with applicable laws and regulations within healthcare and dentistry. The facilities are run by practitioners who together own all of Praktikertjänst. At Östersund Dental Clinic, a cohesive team works consisting of one dentist (the position involves a replacement), one dental hygienist, three experienced dental nurses, and one receptionist. The group is safe and well-functioning, with high competence and a delegated work approach. The clinic has four modern treatment rooms, sterilization area, reception, waiting room, and staff and changing rooms. We work with Frenda record system, digital X-ray, and digital scanning (OPG room prepared). We have approximately 2,350 active patients, mainly adults (approximately 200 children), and a stable patient flow.
