Patients of all ages are treated here, often multiple generations from the same family, with a focus on oral health. The team currently consists of one dentist, two dental hygienists, and one dental assistant. The work environment is described as calm, harmonious, and homey, where patients feel secure and good cooperation characterizes daily life. The clinic also has close collaboration with nearby clinics and specialist dental practices. About the Role You will work primarily with patients in general dentistry while taking on dental director responsibilities at the clinic. The role combines approximately 90 percent clinical work with around 10 percent administrative tasks and leadership. You'll become an important part of the practice where you're expected to contribute clinical expertise, take responsibility for dental quality, and work closely with other team members to create a safe and professional patient experience. About You You enjoy working together with others and see the value in everyone on the team contributing to the same goal. You naturally build good relationships with patients through attentive and professional interactions and appreciate a work environment where collaboration and communication are central.
