Main Responsibilities and Tasks At Folktandvården Lysekil, you will meet patients of all ages with many different care needs. As a dentist with us, you have an important role in ensuring patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will make full use of your expertise while the position also demands both creativity, empathy and service mindedness. The position includes, among other things: working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room. work with both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments and to some extent emergency dental care. being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics. We currently have a total of 12 employees who see the clinic as a shared responsibility, where we help each other and have fun together. Feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Lysekil - Folktandvården (vgregion.se) Competency Requirements and Profile Licensed dentist Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry Knowledge of Swedish equivalent to Swedish upper secondary school or Swedish C1 in both speech and writing Ability to organize and prioritize work in an efficient and sensible manner Ability to present a stable and calm demeanor even when there is a lot to do Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in a responsive manner Contribute to operational development by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development. About the Recruitment Process After the application deadline, the clinic manager will review the applicants and invite selected candidates for an interview at the clinic. HR will also conduct a supplementary digital interview. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 39-40. If you as an applicant have education/qualifications from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples may be required as part of the recruitment process.
