Dentist Sköldenklint is growing and we are now seeking an additional dentist for our team. We have a large and growing demand from both new and existing patients and therefore want to strengthen our practice with a committed dentist who wants to develop together with us. A workplace with long experience and high ambitions Our clinics are well-established with many years of experience behind them. Over the years, we have built up a large and loyal patient base and a practice where high quality, personal care, and long-term patient relationships have always been central. Since 2019, the practice has been run by new ownership and management who have continued to develop the clinics with the goal of combining the long experience and strong patient relationships with new ideas and continued development. We are in an exciting growth phase and have the ambition to continue growing – both internally by developing our staff, working methods, and treatment offerings, and externally by developing and expanding the practice. Today the clinics are run by dentist Mikael Sköldenklint together with committed and competent staff. We work primarily with adult dental care and offer the full range of modern dentistry – from preventive dentistry and basic care to advanced surgery, prosthodontics, implant treatment, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. The broad treatment offering creates good opportunities for you as a dentist to both work with general dentistry and develop further within the areas that you are particularly interested in. Your role with us As a dentist, you will have an important and independent role in our team and the opportunity to work with a large and established patient base. You will encounter varied patient cases and work with the full range of adult dental care, while also having close collaboration with dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and other colleagues. We value open clinical collaboration where we can discuss treatment planning, more complex patient cases, and together find the best solutions for our patients. At our clinics we work with the Frenda patient management system. Previous experience with Frenda is a merit, but not a requirement. We believe in freedom with responsibility and want to create a work environment where you can use your expertise, influence your work, and continue to develop in your professional role. Continuing education and clinical development are a natural part of our practice and we view relevant courses and further training positively. Depending on your interests and prior experience, there are good opportunities to develop within different areas of dentistry and gradually expand your treatment scope. Who are we looking for? A couple of years of experience as a dentist is a merit, but not a requirement. For us, the right person, commitment, and the desire to develop are at least as important.
