Welcome to Optimal Dental! We are a small dental care group with four clinics in Skåne. Our focus is to provide dental care of the highest quality. The treatments performed at our clinic should be predictable and meet strict patient safety and warranty requirements. We are now seeking a dental hygienist for our clinic in central Malmö JOB DUTIES As a dental hygienist with us, you will conduct high-quality treatments with a focus on early prevention and follow-ups. We currently work mainly with adult dental care, but our goal is to increase the proportion of children and adolescents. As a dental hygienist with us, you go the extra mile to ensure your patient's well-being. QUALIFICATIONS You have a dental hygienist degree and Swedish licensure. You need to be established in your professional role and have several years of experience. Good Swedish language skills are required, both spoken and written. Your ability to build relationships is crucial, as is your ability to analyze the outcomes of your treatments. We welcome initiative and implementation skills, and to a large extent you will be able to influence the design of the clinic and operations. You need computer skills and preferably either experience with, or the ability to learn ALMA. We value diversity and welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experience.
