About the Operation The Public Health Function is a department within Region Dalarna Public Dental Care where we work to expand knowledge about oral health and prioritize preventive dental care. The operation primarily focuses on external services directed toward individuals eligible for necessary dental care, child health centers (BVC), and schools. We participate in both national and local projects, and our ambition is to be an innovative and up-to-date operation. Currently, the team consists of 1 operations manager, 1 operations coordinator, 10 dental hygienists, and 8 dental nurses. We operate 8 different teams from 6 different locations in the region, with the main office in Falun. Job Responsibilities Region Dalarna Public Dental Care Public Health Function is now seeking a dental hygienist passionate about preventive dental care who wants to be part of our journey to expand knowledge about oral health. The role primarily involves external services directed toward individuals eligible for necessary dental care, child health centers (BVC), and providing education to healthcare personnel. We offer varied tasks and an interesting and developmental position. The role involves considerable travel by car within your service area. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has dental hygienist credentials has a B-category driver's license speaks and writes Swedish fluently Meriting qualifications include experience with outreach services experience with T4 Since the role involves considerable contact with people, sometimes in vulnerable situations, we place great importance on your personal qualities.
