We are now looking for a dental hygienist who wants to make a difference Main responsibilities and tasks At Folktandvården Hjällbo, you meet patients of all ages with many different care needs. As a dental hygienist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and safe during their visit. You will use your full range of competencies while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and service mindedness. The position includes, among other things: Being an important part of the clinic's health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages Working with your own patient examinations and identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate oral health interventions Outreach dental care at senior living facilities We are a dental education clinic and accept students from dental and dental hygiene programs at the University of Gothenburg. Supervision and assistance of students may also be part of the position. We currently have a total of 22 employees at our clinic with 10 treatment rooms. Required competencies and profile Licensed dental hygienist At least one year of professional experience as a dental hygienist Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish upper secondary education or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form Ability to organize and prioritize work in an efficient and sensible manner Ability to present a stable and calm demeanor even during busy periods Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in a responsive manner Contribute to the development of the operation by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work. About the recruitment process The first step in the recruitment process is a digital interview with HR. After the application deadline, the clinic manager will select applicants and invite them to an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 36-37.
