We are now hiring a dental hygienist to join our wonderful family clinic, Söderåsens Tandklinik, which is now part of Tandfokus and operates as Tandfokus Söderåsen. The clinic is growing, and we'd love to have you on our team. Currently, we have 5 people at the clinic, and our goal is to soon become 6. We prefer candidates with 3+ years of experience in the field (more is welcome!), but honestly, finding the right person for the job is more important than years of experience. What do we mean by the right person for the job? For us, that means you: - Are a thorough and skilled dental hygienist - Speak fluent Swedish without difficulty - Are very social, friendly, and enjoy communicating with patients (and people in general) - Hold Swedish dental hygiene credentials - Have an interest in treating patients with periodontal disease - Want to develop and learn more within your profession - Enjoy having fun at work - Possess strong collaboration skills, conscientiousness, and a willingness to help with other tasks at the clinic (noticing what needs to be done and helping each other get it done). You will work with a really great team that values having fun at work. Your responsibilities will also include helping to lead clinic operations alongside your colleagues.
