We're looking for a dental hygienist to join our wonderful family clinic, Söderåsens Tandklinik, now part of Tandfokus and called Tandfokus Söderåsen, as our practice is growing. Currently we have 5 people at the clinic and our goal is to soon be 6. We prefer that you have 3+ years of experience in the profession (but more is welcome!), and honestly, it's more important that you're the right fit for the job than how many years you've worked. What do we mean by the right fit? For us, it means you: - Are a thorough and skilled dental hygienist - Speak fluent Swedish without limitation - Are very social, friendly, and enjoy communicating with patients (and people in general) - Have Swedish licensure - Have an interest in treating patients with periodontitis - Want to develop and learn more in the profession - Enjoy having fun at work - Possess a high degree of collaboration skills, conscientiousness, and willingness to help with other tasks at the clinic (seeing what needs to be done and helping each other get it done together) You'll be working with a really great team that values having fun at work. Your responsibilities will also include co-managing clinic operations with colleagues. We'll tell you more about this during the interview!
