Search for and identify candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and other digital channels
Contact candidates and generate interest in current assignments
Build and develop candidate networks within various competency areas
Match candidates with our clients' needs alongside recruiters
Contribute to developing our search efforts and candidate pipelines
Administer and update candidate profiles in our recruitment system
