Your Role: A Balance Between Business and People As a Talent Manager with us, you own the entire process. You are the bridge between the customer's needs and our consultants' daily work. To succeed, you need to thrive in being the hub of a network where no two days are alike. You will work with: Business Development and Sales: You build and nurture relationships with decision-makers. You actively identify growth opportunities and pitch solutions and consultant profiles that make a real difference in the customer's efficiency. You proactively engage with new and existing customers. Leadership & Matching: You drive recruitment processes from start to finish and ensure the right person lands in the right place. As a personnel manager, you coach your consultants through their entire journey with us – from introduction to the next step in their career. Quality & Structure: You ensure that administration runs smoothly, that salaries and invoicing are correct, and that we always deliver with the highest quality and traceability. Every day you work to create the perfect match – ensuring your customers have the best consultants in place and your consultants are in the best workplace for them. The role is very much about being creative and persistent. Being able to coach, adjust, and dare to challenge customers about what they need. To fit the role, we see that you have: Customer-Facing Experience: You have previously worked in sales (B2B) or customer responsibility and find it natural to reach out to new people and network. Background in Industry or Logistics: You understand the pulse of production or a warehouse, either through a leadership role on the floor or as a consultant manager in the field. Ability to Prioritize: You are structured and can balance between urgent operational issues and long-term sales work. Strong Self-Drive and a Winning Attitude: You don't give up in the face of setbacks but see them as a chance to learn and develop. Your base is our office in Solna, but since the role requires high presence with our customers and employees, your workday will rarely be the same from day to day.
