Now we're seeking a Talent Manager/Consultant Manager who wants to take responsibility for our partnerships in the region. Your Role: More Than Just a Desk Job As a Talent Manager with us, you're the face of Randstad's operations. You're a strategic partner to our customers and a trusted leader for our consultants. Your day is dynamic, and you move freely between business meetings and coaching conversations out in the field. With us, you're responsible for: Business Development: You build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers. You actively identify growth opportunities and sell customized solutions that make a real difference. Leadership & Matching: You drive recruitment processes from start to finish and ensure the right person lands in the right place. As a personnel manager, you coach your consultants through their entire journey with us. Quality & Structure: You ensure that administration, payroll documentation, and invoicing run smoothly, always with high quality and traceability. Who Are You? We'd love to see experience from the industry (for example, as a team leader, production manager, or consultant manager in logistics/industry). At the same time, we place great importance on the right personality and drive – if you instead have a background in personnel management, recruitment, or sales and want to apply your skills in a new context, we want to hear from you too! We believe you recognize yourself in the following: Competence & Drive: You have experience from industry, personnel management, recruitment, or sales – but most importantly, you have strong drive and business focus. Heart for Service: You're happy to go the extra mile for satisfied customers and consultants, and you see opportunities where others see obstacles. Flexibility: You enjoy varying work hours when needed – sometimes you meet the morning shift, other times you stay to meet the evening team.
