We at Asta Agency are partnering with AVL MTC in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment with good potential for employment at AVL MTC. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at AVL MTC. About the Role This is a role for you if you want to combine operational recruiting with close collaboration with managers in an organization with clear growth targets. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be an important part of the HR team and will be responsible for driving recruitment processes forward, with a particular focus on the Gothenburg operations where growth needs are significant, but also across the rest of Sweden. You will work according to the company's recruitment strategy and drive the process together with the hiring manager from start to finish, acting in an insight-driven, advisory, and challenging manner in your work. Your responsibilities include developing job profiles, pre-screening, and conducting initial phone interviews. Being a close partner to managers throughout the process with follow-up, structure, and feedback. The role is not just about managing recruitments, but also about guiding managers, creating clarity, and ensuring that processes maintain pace and quality. Beyond operational recruitment work, there is an opportunity to contribute more broadly to employer branding and various HR-related projects.
