Your Responsibilities We are now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to help ensure Saab's long-term competency supply. In this role, you will combine a strategic perspective with operational recruitment work and be responsible for attracting, identifying, and recruiting the right talent to the organization. You will drive and manage recruitment processes from needs analysis and job requirements to hiring, and serve as a consultative support to hiring managers and HR. Depending on the target group and competency needs, you will work with both advertised recruitment and proactive search. You will also work in a data-driven and analytical manner to identify areas for improvement and help develop and enhance processes, tools, and methods within Talent Acquisition. Your main responsibilities include: Design and publish targeted job postings. Conduct proactive search and relationship building within relevant candidate networks. Perform competency-based interviews, personality assessments, and reference checks. Manage security clearances when needed. Build and maintain long-term networks to strengthen the company's competency supply. Your Profile We are looking for a person with experience independently managing recruitment processes from start to finish and who is experienced with proactive search, particularly for specialist roles and other hard-to-fill competency areas. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience working data-driven to make well-informed decisions and create effective recruitment strategies. You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and have a consultative and coaching approach toward managers and other stakeholders. To succeed in this role, it is also important that you have a strong ability to build trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively with different parts of the organization. You also have: Relevant higher education in HR or equivalent field. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: Experience with work psychology tests or assessments. Certification in personality assessment. Experience from larger organizations or technology-intensive operations. Experience driving improvement and development initiatives within Talent Acquisition. The position requires that you complete and be approved according to applicable security clearance regulations at any given time.
