We're now seeking an experienced recruiter who wants to take full responsibility for recruitment processes and help develop our work of finding, attracting, and hiring the right talents. About the Role As a recruiter, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes from start to finish and ensuring a professional, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You work both operatively and proactively with recruitment, where an important part of the role is to identify, attract, and engage candidates through various search channels and networks. Depending on the target group and competency needs, you use both job postings and proactive recruitment to reach the right candidates. Your responsibilities include: Managing the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis and job requirements to hiring Proactively identifying, contacting, and engaging candidates within relevant target groups Creating and posting targeted job ads and handling candidate screening and interviews Conducting competency-based interviews, personality assessments, reference checks, and when necessary, background checks Providing support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Following up on recruitment results and contributing improvement suggestions to develop methods and processes Building and maintaining candidate networks to create long-term relationships You will become part of an experienced recruitment team that works closely with the business and together creates conditions to attract and recruit future employees. Your Profile We're looking for someone with several years of recruitment experience who thrives in a role where you take significant responsibility. You're experienced in driving recruitment processes independently and have a strong commitment to finding the right competence, even when candidates aren't actively seeking new opportunities. As a person, you are initiative-taking, curious, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to connect with new people and quickly build trusting relationships with both candidates and managers. At the same time, you work systematically, have good prioritization skills, and use data and follow-up as natural support in your work. You thrive in a dynamic environment where the pace can be high and where you get the opportunity to influence and develop working methods. We would like to see that you have: Relevant university education in HR or equivalent 3-5 years of recruitment experience Experience with proactive search and working with hard-to-recruit profiles Ability to drive multiple recruitment processes in parallel in a structured way An independent and solution-oriented work approach Very strong ability to build relationships and develop long-term networks Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing It's meritorious if you have experience with occupational psychology tests, certification in assessment, or have worked with attracting talent within systems development, software, or AI.
