As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a central role in attracting and recruiting the right talent to our client's organization. You combine hands-on recruitment work with a strategic perspective and serve as an advisor to hiring managers, while also contributing to the development of the organization's talent acquisition and candidate attraction efforts. About the Position Perido is now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client, a major player in the automotive industry. The position is based at the client's headquarters in Göteborg. Your Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive and develop the organization's talent acquisition efforts, from needs analysis and sourcing to selection, recruitment, and long-term skills planning. The role combines hands-on recruitment work with a strategic perspective on future competency needs and talent supply. In this role, you are expected to work independently with limited supervision and take responsibility for complex recruitment assignments and processes. Key Areas of Responsibility: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment • Drive all or parts of the recruitment process from job specification to hiring • Analyze CVs and assess candidates' competencies, experience, and qualifications • Conduct phone and competency-based screening interviews • Support and coach hiring managers through interviews and selection processes • Use relevant assessment and selection methods to identify the right talent • Conduct reference checks and ensure a professional candidate experience • Provide constructive feedback to candidates who do not advance Sourcing and Candidate Attraction • Identify and attract relevant candidates through proactive search and various sourcing channels • Build and develop long-term candidate networks and pipelines within priority competency areas • Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and other external activities • Participate in university partnerships and campus recruitment to build future talent pools • Contribute to the development of candidate attraction and recruitment marketing strategies Your Qualities To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, organized, and relationship-focused with the ability to handle complex recruitment needs. You are analytical and business-minded, while also having a strong candidate focus and genuine interest in people and competencies. You have the ability to switch between hands-on recruitment work and a more strategic perspective and thrive on taking responsibility for processes and improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • Relevant academic education or equivalent competency through work experience • Several years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or talent supply • Documented experience independently driving recruitment processes • Strong knowledge of sourcing, candidate assessment, interview techniques, and selection methodology • Experience in strategic skills and staffing planning • Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers and other senior stakeholders Meritorious: • Experience working with SuccessFactors • Experience in recruitment marketing, candidate attraction, and employer branding • Experience working in-house at an organization or company • Experience in tech recruitment and recruiting specialized expertise is particularly valued Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment until 2027-07-11, with possibility of extension.
