About the Assignment In this role, you combine a strategic Talent Acquisition perspective with operational recruiting. You work data-driven, analytically, and proactively to attract and recruit the right talent, both now and in the future. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and are a strategic and consultative partner to recruiting managers and HR. Depending on needs, you work with both targeted advertising and active search to identify and engage candidates. The role also has a strong development focus where you, supported by data and insights, contribute to improving processes, working methods, and candidate experience. You will become part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team that works through the entire talent lifecycle, from employer branding and outreach to completed recruitment. Your Main Responsibilities - Manage the entire recruitment process - from needs analysis, job requirements, selection, interviews to hiring - Work proactively and potentially with active recruitment - Design and publish target-group adapted job postings - Conduct competency-based interviews, personality assessments, reference checks, and if needed, security clearance procedures - Provide strategic and coaching support to recruiting managers and HR - Work analytically and data-driven to follow up on recruitment outcomes, identify improvement areas, and optimize processes - Contribute to and drive improvement work within Talent Acquisition - Build and maintain networks and strengthen long-term talent supply Your Profile You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and thrive in an advisory role where you, through a coaching approach, contribute to developing and supporting managers in their assignments. You use data, statistics, and business insights as the basis for analysis, prioritization, and development of working methods. With a clear business focus, you communicate effectively and build strong relationships that contribute to collaboration and results. Requirements for the Position - 5-9 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition - Experience with active search and working with hard-to-fill profiles - Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing - Relevant higher education, for example in HR or equivalent - Meriting: experience with work psychological tests and/or certification in assessment This position requires that you pass and are approved according to applicable security clearance regulations.
