We're now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for an exciting assignment where you'll work in a data-driven, consultative, and proactive manner in a dynamic and development-focused environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Role In this role, you have end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process and work closely with managers and HR as a strategic partner. You combine analysis, business understanding, and operational skills to ensure high quality and accuracy in every recruitment. You will work with both job postings and active search, as well as contribute to developing methods, processes, and candidate experience. You'll be part of an experienced team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are in focus, and where you get the opportunity to influence the entire talent lifecycle, from attraction to hiring. Examples of responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis to hiring Work proactively with search and relationship-building within relevant target groups Develop and publish job postings tailored to target audiences Conduct competency-based interviews, assessments, and reference checks Serve as strategic and coaching support to hiring managers Work in a data-driven manner with follow-up, analysis, and optimization of recruitment processes Contribute to improvement work within Talent Acquisition, for example regarding processes and tools Build and maintain networks for long-term talent supply Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition who is confident with the entire process, from job requirements to hiring. You have experience working with both job postings and proactive recruitment, preferably with hard-to-fill profiles. You have a clear analytical approach and are accustomed to using data and insights to make decisions and develop your work. At the same time, you're a skilled communicator who enjoys a consultative role where you support and challenge managers on recruitment matters. We believe you're someone who takes initiative, drives your work forward, and has the ability to combine structure with flexibility. You're curious and development-oriented, with a genuine interest in people and competency matters. With an unpretentious approach, you enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to an open and inclusive climate. You also have the courage to think differently, question established ways of working, and drive improvements that create real value. We'd like to see that you have: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition Experience with proactive search Strong analytical ability and experience working in a data-driven manner A consultative and coaching work approach Very good communication skills in Swedish and English Relevant higher education in HR or equivalent Meritorious: Experience with workplace psychological tests and/or certification in assessment Please note that the role may be subject to security vetting according to applicable regulations.
