We are now seeking you to contribute in the role of specialist and advisor within recruitment and talent supply at Saab for a long-term assignment. Your Role In this role, you combine the strategic perspective of Talent Acquisition with the operational craft of recruitment. This is not a role where you simply wait for applications – you also work data-driven, analytically, and proactively to ensure we attract and recruit the right talent, today and in the future. You have end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process and function as a strategic and consultative partner to hiring managers and HR. Depending on the role and target group, you may work with both targeted advertising and active search, where you identify and engage candidates. The role also involves a clear focus on improvement and development. With the support of data, insights, and analysis, you contribute to developing our methods, processes, and candidate experience. You become part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team that works across the entire talent lifecycle, from employer branding and outreach to completed recruitment. Your main areas of responsibility - Oversee the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and job profile to employment - Work proactively and potentially with active recruitment (search) and relationship building within relevant target groups - Design and publish target-group-tailored job postings and conduct screening and interviews - Conduct competency-based interviews, assessments, reference checks, and security clearances where needed - Provide strategic and coaching support to hiring managers and HR - Work analytically and data-driven to track recruitment outcomes, identify improvement areas, and optimize processes - Contribute to and drive improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition, such as processes, tools, or methods - Build and maintain networks and strengthen our long-term talent supply Your Profile We are looking for you with several years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition. You are confident throughout the recruitment process and have experience with both active recruitment and job postings. You have an analytical mindset and are accustomed to working data-driven – you use insights and statistics to make better decisions, prioritize correctly, and develop your approach. At the same time, you are communicative, relationship-oriented, and enjoy close collaboration with managers and other stakeholders. We would like you to have: - 3–9 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition - Experience with proactive search and working with hard-to-fill profiles - Strong analytical ability and experience working data-driven - Ability to work independently, methodically, and solution-oriented - A consultative and coaching approach towards managers - Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written - Relevant university education, for example in HR or equivalent Meritorious: experience with occupational psychology tests and/or certification in assessment We believe you are curious, humble, and driven, with a desire to develop both yourself and our recruitment methods.
