A snapshot of your day As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a key role in helping Siemens Energy attract and recruit the best talent that will contribute to tomorrow's energy solutions. In close collaboration with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you drive the entire recruitment process—from needs analysis and sourcing to offer and onboarding—while ensuring a professional and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will recruit for a broad variety of roles and use innovative sourcing strategies, market insights, and data-driven approaches to identify and attract the right expertise. As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues around the world, share experiences and best practices, and contribute to the continued development of recruitment efforts at Siemens Energy. How You Will Make an Impact Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand business competency needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Drive the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and selection to interviews, offer management, and onboarding support—ensuring a professional and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Build and develop strong candidate pipelines by proactively attracting both active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. Build a strong understanding of the business, market trends, and the talent market to provide strategic advice, relevant market insights, and support well-founded recruitment decisions. Use recruitment data and key metrics to monitor candidate pipelines, identify risks, and continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes. Contribute to the development of the Talent Acquisition function by sharing best practices, driving improvement initiatives, and developing effective ways of working with colleagues globally. What You Bring You have documented experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, technology, volume recruitment, or recruitment of skilled labor. You have good experience with sourcing and using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networks, and other innovative methods to attract candidates. You build trusting relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders and thrive at driving multiple recruitment processes in parallel. You have good organizational skills, can prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have experience with recruitment systems, such as Avature, and use recruitment data and metrics to monitor and develop recruitment efforts. You have a service-oriented and collaborative approach, high integrity, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to creating a first-class candidate experience.
