FA-Tec has annual revenues of approximately 160 msek and has an ambitious growth plan.
FA-Tec is part of Empower Group AB, which also includes the companies Interconsult Sverige AB and TS Industrilackering AB. Together, the group currently has annual revenues of approximately 300 msek.
About the Role
The role of Strategic Procurement Specialist is a key position in the procurement department. The role combines administrative, operational, and strategic elements with a focus on supporting daily procurement work while driving supplier dialogues, negotiations, and improvements. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly while contributing to the development of the procurement function.
We are located in Falkenberg and expect to work on-site every day.
Responsibilities
· Support operational procurement work with orders, delivery monitoring, and follow-up.
· Manage supplier relationships and ongoing supplier communication.
· Ensure a functioning material flow in terms of time, quality, and delivery.
· Handle deviations, backorder notes, delivery issues, and price discrepancies while working proactively on improvements.
· Update and quality assure material and price data in the business system (Monitor).
· Participate in supplier negotiations and contribute to competitive terms.
· Manage and conduct request for quotation (RFQ) processes and select and evaluate suppliers.
· Contribute to the structure and development of procurement processes and working methods.

Qualifications
· At least 3 years of procurement experience
· Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
· Organized and thorough
· Self-driven and takes responsibility for moving matters forward
Meritorious
· Experience from manufacturing industry
· Ability to read and understand technical drawings
· Good experience with Monitor system
· Experience with sustainability work or sustainability reporting within procurement
