About the Position Ayva is now recruiting roofing workers for our ongoing and upcoming roofing projects. This position is for you if you have experience with roofing work specializing in waterproofing membranes and tiles, and want to work on projects where quality, structure, and production safety are central to the execution. You will work with waterproofing membrane and tile systems on roofs in contract form, where the work encompasses the entire process, from demolition and preparatory work to finished assembly and completion. About Ayva Ayva is a staffing company in the construction and installation industry as well as warehouse and logistics. We work closely with some of Sweden's leading contractors and property companies and staff projects with the right expertise. Our focus is to match skilled installers with serious worksites where there is structure, work management, and long-term commitment in projects. About the Assignments The assignments are primarily within the Stockholm region Work takes place in established contracts with clear work management Long-term projects – not short-term assignments Opportunity for continued assignments with the same customer Work Tasks As a waterproofing membrane installer, you will work with: Demolition of existing waterproofing membranes Construction of substrate and insulation Assembly and welding of waterproofing membranes (roofing felt/PVC) Detail work at penetrations, drains, and completion Self-inspections and quality assurance according to project requirements Qualifications We are looking for you if you: Have at least 1–2 years of experience with waterproofing membrane work Have good understanding of waterproofing systems and roof construction and are solution-oriented Are thorough and responsible in your work Enjoy working in production and can work both independently and in a team Requirements: Hot Work Certification Fall Protection Training Swedish or English fluency Meritorious: B-Class Driver's License Experience from larger contracts Resitrix Certification Application Selection is ongoing.About the Position Ayva is now recruiting roofing workers for our ongoing and upcoming roofing projects.
