In this application, we are seeking staff for fixed-term employment during vacancies and peak work periods at night. As a cleaner, you play an important role in passengers' travel experience. You must be thorough, flexible, and sometimes solve situations that arise quickly. This could include changes to schedules or delayed trains, where you need to be creative and solve the situation in the best possible way. You need to be independent but also have good teamwork abilities. We place great value on good customer service skills among our employees. By this, we mean that in addition to performing your work tasks, you can also handle interactions with different people, are attentive to customers' needs, and can offer a smile even when there's a lot to do.
