In this posting, we are seeking personnel as needed for our facility maintenance services, day and night shifts. Some shifts also include a few hours in the lost and found department, so you must be comfortable with standard work tasks there such as: Customer contact via email, phone, and in person. Reception and registration of lost items in our system. Locating and searching for owners of lost items we receive. As a cleaner, you play an important role in passengers' travel experience. You must be thorough, flexible, and sometimes solve urgent situations quickly. This could involve changes in schedules or delayed trains—in such cases, you need to be creative and solve the situation in the best possible way. You need to be independent but also have good collaboration skills. We place great value on excellent customer service from our employees. By this we mean that in addition to performing your work duties, you can handle interactions with different types of people, are attentive to customer needs, and can offer a smile even when things are busy.
