Sodexo Transport is looking for cleaners who enjoy varied and sometimes challenging work. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
In this announcement, we're seeking staff for a 57.5% day shift position. This role also includes some hours in the lost and found department, so you must be comfortable with standard tasks such as:
Customer contact via email, phone, and over the counter.
Reception and registration of lost items in our system.
Locating and tracing owners of lost items we receive.
As a cleaner, you play an important role in passengers' travel experience. You must be thorough, flexible, and sometimes solve situations that arise quickly. This could involve changes in schedules or delayed trains, where you need to be creative and solve the situation in the best possible way. You need to be independent but also have good collaboration skills.
We place great value on good customer service skills among our employees. By this, we mean that in addition to performing your work duties, you can handle interactions with different people, listen to customers' needs, and offer a smile even when things are busy.
To apply for this position, you must:
Have completed primary and secondary school
Have good Swedish language skills – both spoken and written
Be thorough, punctual, and flexible
Have good physical fitness as the cleaning profession can sometimes be physically demanding
It's a bonus if you:
Have experience in professional cleaning or other service professions
Have SRY, PRYL, or equivalent training
Have administrative experience
