Your responsibilities will include coordinating crew schedule changes, resolving various immediate issues, maintaining precise documentation, and most importantly – regular communication with crew members themselves. We will entrust you with: Participate in crew operations management, ensuring that all upcoming flights have the required appropriate crew staffing; Resolve immediate operational issues related to crew member illness, delays, and other unforeseen situations; Be the primary contact person for crew members regarding schedule changes, scheduled flights, etc.; Ensure crew member work schedules comply with regulatory requirements and company policy regarding working hours, rest periods, and other legal restrictions; Ensure smooth crew operations management by working in close collaboration with other departments, including flight operations, ground services, and customer service teams; Record data related to crew operations management, including crew member arrivals for flights, changes, or operational issues. If you have: General secondary education; At least one year of previous work experience; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve various problem situations; Ability to effectively manage stress and maintain focus in non-standard situations; Excellent English language knowledge in written and spoken form*; Good communication skills, ability to work both individually and as part of a team; Good skills in working with various computer programs and reporting tools, as well as ability to perform data entry and analysis; Ability to work shift work; Latvian language knowledge - B2 level It will be considered an advantage: Previous work experience in the aviation industry; Previous experience in schedule planning. *Foreign language knowledge is necessary for communication with clients, partner organizations, colleagues, and potential employees, as well as for working with company internal systems, including processing necessary documents and requests.
