Are you interested in working with recruitment in an organization where talent acquisition is a key part of the future? We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to take full responsibility for the recruitment process and help attract, identify, and recruit the right talent.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from developing job specifications and posting ads to conducting interviews, assessments, reference checks, and making hiring decisions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR, acting as an advisory partner throughout the process.
The role is both operational and proactive. You will work with job postings, sourcing, and relationship building to reach the right candidates, while also contributing to developing and improving recruitment efforts through analysis, follow-up, and new approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to hiring
Create and post job ads and conduct candidate screening and interviews
Conduct competency-based interviews, assessments, and reference checks
Proactively source candidates and build networks within relevant target groups
Provide support and advisory partnership to managers and HR
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methods
Work data-driven through monitoring and analysis of recruitment results
Handle security-related aspects of the recruitment process when needed
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in HR or equivalent, plus experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition. You are accustomed to working independently and systematically, with a strong ability to build trusting relationships.

Have experience driving recruitment processes independently
Are communicative and comfortable in an advisory role
Have an interest in sourcing and proactive candidate work
Are analytical and use data to support your work
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
It is advantageous if you have experience with occupational psychology assessments, assessment tools, or security-classified recruitment.
