For this position, we require that you: Have extensive previous experience with home cleaning Possess a valid B-class driver's license (from Sweden or EU) Have good language skills in both Swedish and English Can work flexible hours Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM It is advantageous if you: Have worked in a leadership role within cleaning and have experience with administrative tools Have experience with window cleaning, service work, or other types of cleaning About the Role As a Field Lead, you work with a pedagogical and coaching approach. You are responsible for training new employees and coaching existing colleagues at HEMFRID in Skövde and the surrounding area. Together with your direct manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our new colleagues receive the training and knowledge they need to succeed in their work at HEMFRID. You guide new and existing employees in HEMFRID's guidelines and policies for work at our customers' homes. The role includes providing your colleagues with the best conditions and support they need to develop and succeed in their work. As needed, you will also perform cleaning assignments at our customers' homes. You conduct customer visits for coaching purposes with existing employees and are responsible for quality assurance of completed cleaning assignments at our customers' homes. You will also cover for our Area Manager when needed and assist with administrative tasks to ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Your tasks as a Field Lead include: Training and coaching new employees in our customers' private homes Follow-up with new colleagues after completing their training period Quality assurance of cleaning assignments Quality improvement measures for the team Conduct group cleaning training sessions Be an expert on cleaning products and materials Actively participate in team development initiatives Cover for our Area Managers during illness and absence Customer follow-up and customer visits as needed A role where you get to combine leadership, structure, quality, and people development – every day.
