Your Role In this role, you work hands-on with the development of our backend platform – while also leading and structuring the team's daily work. You distribute work, ensure progress, and are a key person in translating architecture and technical decisions into working solutions. You actively contribute to technical design choices and priorities in close collaboration with the tech lead and architecture team. Your Main Responsibilities Develop and further develop backend services, APIs, and integrations (.NET) Contribute to and influence technical design decisions and solution choices Plan, prioritize, and distribute work within the team Ensure that technical decisions are translated into efficient delivery Work with databases and ETL flows to make data available through the platform Coordinate external resources (onboarding/offboarding) Why This Role? We're Looking for You With relevant higher education and work experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have an understanding of technical design, architecture, and solution choices. We see that you have: Experience with backend development Practical experience with .NET Experience with APIs, integrations, and service development Swedish and English in speech and writing are required. It's a plus if you have: Worked with databases and ETL procedures Experience with RabbitMQ or BizTalk Knowledge of design patterns and architecture Experience with DevOps or CI/CD Experience in a leadership role, scrum master, or equivalent To thrive in this role, we see that you are confident in your competence as a systems developer and have the ability to work independently in technical delivery. You are structured and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on driving development forward and creating sustainable solutions with high quality. At the same time, you have a natural ability to take responsibility in a coordinating role where you lead and distribute work in the team. You are communicative and collaboration-oriented, and enjoy creating clarity, engagement, and progress together with others. You feel comfortable in both your role as a developer and in the team leadership aspect, and can switch between operational development work and supporting the team in daily work. You express yourself well in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English. Good to Know The position is located at Navet, Västerås, and remote work is available.
