How do we develop smart and sustainable IT solutions that improve rail transport and make travel smoother? We're looking for experienced systems developers who want to be part of our team and help us answer that question. Work Responsibilities As a systems developer with us, you'll be a key member of a team developing smart IT solutions for rail transport, thereby contributing to a more accessible and efficient transportation system! We're increasing our innovation pace and are now strengthening our IT organization with skilled .NET developers. A typical day with us involves: - Implementing technical decisions and testing new ideas to create innovative solutions. - Contributing to both new development and further development of systems that are critical for rail, society, and passengers. - Managing existing systems in close collaboration with operations to optimize benefits and value. - Working on IT development projects, for example within capacity allocation. - Documenting and creating traceability for the work performed. - Participating in prioritization meetings to manage workload distribution and identify what's most critical to work on. This means you: - Work both individually and in teams. - Have the ability to collaborate and communicate technical matters in an understandable way. - Can take own initiatives and work independently. - Understand the importance of documentation and structure to create traceability. - Want to be part of developing sustainable and future-proof solutions. You're driven by diving into the technology and learning about the operations that IT systems should support, and in collaboration with operations, developing solutions that make users satisfied. For collaboration to work as well as possible, you need to have good communication skills and be able to build smooth partnerships. We're looking for someone who: - Has at least five years of current and relevant experience in systems development work after completing studies - Has at least three years of current and relevant experience programming with C#, .NET, and MSSQL - Has a higher education degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) in IT, or alternatively other education combined with experience that Trafikverket deems equivalent - Has good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written - Has good knowledge of English, spoken and written It's a merit if you: - Have current and relevant programming experience with Angular and JavaScript - Have current and relevant experience working in an Agile manner - Have current and relevant experience working with deployment and/or test automation - Have current and relevant experience working in a complex IT environment Other Information Why work with us?
