Popis:

Do you want to use your technical expertise to make a real difference in a mission-critical operation? We're now looking for a systems developer who wants to work close to the business and help develop smart solutions for the power grid of the future. With us, you'll combine technology, collaboration, and business development whether you're at the beginning of your career or have several years of experience. About the Job As a systems developer with us, you'll be an important bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You work close to users and develop functionality that creates concrete value for both customers and employees. You'll do things like: - Develop and further develop functionality in our systems, primarily related to databases and business support - Extract data, analyses, and reports together with different parts of the organization - Build simple automations and streamline workflows - Work with system configuration and integrations - Participate as a technical resource in projects and development initiatives The work happens in close collaboration with both the business and other technical teams. Our focus is on understanding needs, creating value, and finding solutions that work in practice, not just technically. We're facing an exciting digitalization journey where you'll have the opportunity to influence both your own role and how we work to develop the power grid of the future. Who Are You? You have a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience. You bring foundational knowledge in programming, databases (for example SQL), or system integration, and you enjoy working close to the business and understanding needs. We believe you're communicative and enjoy collaborating with others, and you contribute by being solution-oriented and taking personal responsibility for driving things forward. You express yourself fluently in Swedish in speech and writing and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. We believe you're curious about both technology and business, and thrive in a role where you get to combine these. You can be newly graduated with the right drive and interest—or have a few or several years of experience. What matters most is not that you know everything from the start, but that you want to understand, develop, and contribute. It's a merit if you have experience with cloud solutions (e.g., Azure), automation, or work in business-close IT environments. The position requires a class B driver's license and Swedish citizenship (requirement for security clearance). Our Offer With us, you'll be part of driving development toward a more sustainable society, in an industry that's essential for our wellbeing. We work together in secure teams where we dare to try new things, grow, and succeed. Here you'll meet engaged people, a sustainable workplace, and the opportunity to combine a career with an active life. At Jämtkraft, you matter. We think long-term, we invest in you, and we want you to thrive and help us move forward. That's why you don't need to be fully trained when you start. We'll equip you with the skills you're missing. Come as you are, quite simply, because this is where you want to be! More benefits at Jämtkraft: - Jämtkraft is large enough that you can develop and build a career, but small enough that you're visible, important, and can make an impact. - We take care of our employees and offer great benefits, from benefit choices to reduced working hours and parental allowance supplements. - We're a recognized good employer, awarded the certificate "Excellent Employer 2025" and "Career Company 2026." - A guiding star for Jämtkraft is to act sustainably and long-term—this applies to how we care for our employees, our environment, and our business.
