The Observability product team develops and maintains a modern observability platform that supports around one hundred systems developer teams at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in how they implement logging, metrics, and tracing. Development, Observability, and New Technology We are looking for a driven, fearless, and curious systems developer who wants to help shape the future of our unit. As a systems developer with us, you will work in a product team with a strong focus on collaboration and joint problem-solving. You are expected to be customer-driven, have the ability to see the bigger picture in systems development, and contribute to a well-functioning whole. Your role involves not just writing code, but also actively participating in the entire development chain – from analysis, design, and all the way through to delivery. We are looking for someone who primarily has several years of experience in software development and preferably experience with DevOps, using GitOps. You will work with observability and container platforms and software architecture. We value a way of working that focuses on automating and streamlining processes, where software development, technology, and people work together for the best possible results. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, as someone who will work with us, have strong security awareness. It is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility.
