We are now looking for a systems developer to join one of our IT teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a systems developer in the IT Valcentral team, you work together with other roles in an agile team that develops and maintains a number of systems and services. You are involved in the entire development process, from requirements gathering, design/architecture, development, and testing. You drive your own development as a team and work closely with other development and business teams within SPV. You participate in continuous development work and ensure high availability through improvement efforts, troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving.
The team works with development in a Windows environment, primarily using C# with SQL Server as the database management system. A large part of the development is backend, as the team maintains a major insurance system. Other areas the team works with are web-based solutions.
It is important that you are interested in learning about the business to be able to contribute to the areas of responsibility that the team supports. You are aware that the team's responsibilities are part of a larger context and are ready to take shared responsibility for them.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has either:
• a degree in IT and at least 3 years of professional experience as a systems developer
or
• at least 5 years of professional experience as a systems developer
You have experience working with object-oriented programming in C#. You have experience with SQL Server - queries, stored procedures, and data models. You have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for planning, CI/CD, and code management.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We consider it a merit if you have experience with:
• NServiceBus or similar message bus
• API development (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, versioning, security)
• development in a containerized environment
