Work Tasks
Trafikverket's Identity technical area is facing an exciting development! How to build a secure and sustainable identity and access management platform in a critical government agency is a question we work with every day. We operate in a comprehensive and technically complex IT environment where security, availability, and stable operations are crucial. At the same time, we're in the middle of a technical transition where new platforms, automation, and modern development meet high demands for security and control. We're implementing a new platform for identity and access management to meet new requirements and future needs - while maintaining and further developing our existing solutions.

If you have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation, that's particularly interesting to us.
You'll become part of a team of 13 people consisting of systems specialists, technicians, and systems developers who work agile together with a Scrum Master. The team is responsible for configuration, operations, and further development of Trafikverket's identity and access management solutions.
In this role you will, among other things, work with:
configuration and automation of identity and access solutions
implementation, further development, and decommissioning of platforms and applications
automation of infrastructure and environments
integrations and system connections in a complex IT environment
technical improvements and development of our working methods
We work agile according to SAFe and place great emphasis on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
We believe you are someone who likes to understand how systems work together and how to improve and automate technical solutions. You are structured in your working methods and thrive in an environment where you both solve technical problems and contribute to long-term sustainable solutions. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and collaborate naturally with others. Since many of our solutions are business-critical, you also need to have a strong security mindset and analytical ability when working with technical problems.
We're looking for someone who has:
a college or university education of at least 180 hp (120) with an IT focus. Alternatively, you have other education combined with recent work experience that we assess as equivalent
work experience with programming in one of the following languages: JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform
current work experience with Linux
current work experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
experience working agile and using the Scrum method
good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It's not a requirement for the position, but is considered a merit if you have:
experience with IAM systems
work experience in on-prem IT infrastructure
experience with Active Directory or Microsoft EntraID
