One day you're developing features in Microsoft 365, the next day you're working on improving security, following up with a vendor, or ensuring that business-critical systems function as they should. You'll, among other things: - Develop and manage Ticket's Microsoft 365 environment - Ensure a stable, secure, and well-functioning IT infrastructure - Work with networking, client management, permissions, and IT security - Drive improvements and develop working methods together with the business - Collaborate with external vendors and follow up on deliveries - Contribute to projects where new solutions are implemented and existing environments are developed - Support the business in technical matters and be a natural point of contact for IT-related needs Your team and workplace You'll become part of an IT team of three people where collaboration is close and knowledge is shared generously. The role involves many internal contact points within the company. The office is characterized by an unpretentious culture where it's easy to ask for help, share ideas, and have fun together. About you You have a few years of experience in IT operations, systems management, or a similar role and feel ready to take the next step. You also have: - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based IT environments - Experience with networking, firewalls, VPN, and basic IT security - Understanding of system architecture, integrations, databases, DNS, and user permissions - Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written As a person, you're responsible and enjoy taking ownership of your work. You work in a structured manner and have a problem-solving approach. At the same time, collaboration is a natural part of your working style—you enjoy sharing your knowledge and building good relationships with both colleagues and external partners. It's a merit if you have experience with AWS, vendor management, and AI solutions.
