Do you want to be part of our important work? We welcome your application! The IT Department at Strömsunds Municipality is now hiring a systems technician specializing in Microsoft 365. The IT Department is responsible for delivering stable and modern IT services to all of the municipality's administrations, departments, and municipal enterprises. Our team of eight dedicated technicians works within areas such as systems management, networking, operations, and support – together we create the conditions for an efficient and secure digital work environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a systems technician with us, you work both operationally and development-oriented with our Microsoft 365 environment. You help ensure a stable, secure, and modern digital workplace while driving improvements and developing new solutions. You become part of an engaged team where we collaborate closely and share knowledge to develop together. You will also participate in projects with other departments within the municipality where your expertise is needed, working with both internal and external contacts. In this role, you will, among other things: • manage, develop, and improve our Microsoft 365 services • work with technical administration, troubleshooting, and platform optimization • automate and streamline workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, and other tools • participate in projects, implementations, and further development of new features and services • collaborate with the business to create value, simplify daily operations, and meet business needs • contribute to security, structure, and governance within Microsoft 365 • work together with the team on other on-premises and SaaS services that are part of the municipality's IT environment QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with academic training in IT or equivalent work experience as a systems technician or in a similar technical role, and who has solid practical experience managing and developing within Microsoft 365. You thrive in a role where you can combine operations, development, and improvement work, and want to help develop a modern digital workplace. You also have the ability to plan, execute, and document your work independently. We see that you have experience in several of the following areas. Certification in one or more of these areas is a merit: • SharePoint Online • Microsoft Teams • Microsoft Intune • OneDrive • Power Platform, for example Power Automate and Power Apps • Microsoft Copilot • Microsoft Purview • PowerShell • Windows Server We also believe that to succeed in this role you: • work in a structured and solution-oriented manner • take responsibility and drive your work forward • find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships • can translate technical possibilities into practical value for the business A class B driver's license is required for this position.
