WORK TASKS
As a systems technician with us, you work both operationally and development-focused with the Microsoft 365 platform. You help ensure a stable, secure, and efficient digital workplace while driving improvements and new solutions.
You are part of a team with high expertise and great commitment, where we share knowledge and develop together. Here you get the opportunity to have a real impact.
Your main work tasks
· Management and further development of Microsoft 365 services
· Technical administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the platform
· Automation and efficiency improvements with PowerShell and Power Platform, among others
· Participate in projects, implementations, and further development of new features
· Collaborate closely with operations to create value and benefits
· Contribute to security, structure, and governance within M365
· Systems technician role for other on-prem/SaaS services as part of a team responsible for the overall IT environment in the municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with several years of experience working as a systems technician or similar role.
You also need to have practical experience managing Microsoft 365 for at least a couple of years and have experience with Microsoft 365 and want to continue developing in the field.
You have good knowledge in several of the following:
· SharePoint Online
· Microsoft Teams
· OneDrive
· Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
· Microsoft Copilot
· Microsoft Purview
· PowerShell
· Windows Server
· IIS
· SQL
