Job Responsibilities
Trafikverket operates one of the country's most complex and extensive IT operations and is responsible for several societally critical IT services. Increased digitalization has opened up endless possibilities but has also created entirely new risks and threats. In your role as a systems technician in the Security Platforms unit, you will not only contribute to protecting Trafikverket's digital landscape, you will contribute to protecting Sweden's entire transport system.
The Security Platforms section is responsible for delivering robust IT security products and IT solutions. We are now looking for an engaged and knowledgeable systems technician who wants to contribute to a secure and stable IT environment in Trafikverket's digital landscape.
As a systems technician with us, you will work with operations, management, and further development of our Endpoint Protection solutions. You will be part of an engaged team where the focus is on high availability, support, and efficient management of our technical infrastructure. Your work tasks will include, among other things:
ongoing work with operations, administration, management, and development of our endpoint protection
security updates and patch management
collaboration with business units, vendors, and other IT functions
lifecycle management and action planning
participation in projects or assignments
support for incidents and alarms
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has
post-secondary education focused on data/IT or other relevant education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent
several years of experience as a systems technician (or role assessed as equivalent) where you have worked with operations and management of IT systems in server environments, for example configuration and lifecycle management, or IT systems within cybersecurity
good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have
knowledge of endpoint protection and IT security
experience with operations and administration in Windows and Linux environments
experience with API integrations and script development
experience working in an on-premises IT environment
familiarity with tools for agile working methods
Other Information
Placement location for this position is Gothenburg, Stockholm, Örebro, or Borlänge.
Web-based tests will be used as part of the selection process in this recruitment. Interviews are planned to be conducted via Skype during week 36.
Travel on business may occur and on-call availability may be included. The employment is placed in a security classification. Employment requires a passed security vetting, which will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
