JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for you who wants to work as a systems technician and enjoys a role where both technology and collaboration are in focus. You will be a central part of our administrative organization and work closely with our system administrators, users and technical specialists in the municipality.
The role suits you who likes to take responsibility, wants to understand how systems are used in operations and is comfortable being the technical link between IT and the departments.
Your job responsibilities
As a systems technician you will, among other things:
· Be responsible for the technical operation of several business systems
· Perform installations, upgrades and configurations primarily in Windows Server environments
· Work with SQL Server for troubleshooting, database administration, performance analysis and scripting
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with system administrators and vendors
· Provide technical expert support in the administration's processes such as incidents, change management and improvement work
· Participate in projects related to new solutions or further development of existing systems
· Monitor system health, security and performance
· Document technical changes and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe you have the following profile to succeed in the role:
An engaged employee with a background in IT operations who wants to help ensure stable, secure and quality deliveries. In this role you are an important part of the operation and contribute with both your technical expertise and your ability to translate requirements into working solutions in practice.
You have a good understanding of the importance of high IT security and actively work to ensure that our solutions meet both internal requirements and external regulations. Security is a natural part of your work, and you have a conscious and structured approach to everything from planning to implementation.
You collaborate easily with both technical and non-technical colleagues and can explain technical solutions in a simple and clear way, with focus on the customer's needs.
We are therefore looking for you who is unpretentious and enjoys an environment where collaboration and shared responsibility are central. You take your own initiatives, drive your work forward and have the ability to plan, prioritize and carry out tasks in an independent and efficient manner. At the same time, you are responsive to the department's needs and contribute to a good working environment.
Requirements
· Very good experience with Windows Server
· Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
· Documented several years of experience in server operations in Windows environments.
· Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Merits
· Experience with Linux

· Understanding of ITIL
· Knowledge of PowerShell or other automation
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Type of employment: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date: 2026-09-01.
