About the Role The position is part of a technical specialist team responsible for the agency's mobile platforms and communication-critical systems. Your work will include operations, administration, further development, and troubleshooting of MDM solutions, mobility, and client-level infrastructure. The systems we currently manage are primarily on-premises. You'll work closely with other technical specialists in areas such as Linux, Kubernetes, and client platforms. The role involves both operational work and participation in continuously improving work methods, technical solutions, and automation. The goal is to contribute to stable, secure, and user-friendly technical services while actively supporting the team's collective competency development and knowledge sharing. We are an equal team responsible for surfaces and applications built on the platform. The focus is on modernizing and delivering simplified solutions for our users. We're looking for someone with: Education in IT, Computer Science, Data Technology, or equivalent education as assessed by the employer. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, client-based platforms, mobile operating systems (iOS), certificate management within networks, Exchange, and container-based environments. Documented knowledge of the Windows operating system. Basic Linux knowledge with a desire to grow in this area. Knowledge of managing mobile devices via MDM/UEM (Mobile Device Management/Unified Endpoint Management) platforms. Experience working structurally with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. Ability to understand and write scripts for automation, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Good ability to read and understand technical documentation in English and Swedish. It is meritorious if you have experience with: Experience with mobile management systems. Experience with email systems. Experience with telephony/communications platforms. Experience working in security-classified environments. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Good to Know The position is a permanent full-time role with a 6-month probationary period. The position may be placed in a security classification.
