About the Department/Group
Within the Finance Department, approximately 75 people work organized in five groups and a staff unit. In this role, you will be part of the staff together with the department's two other systems specialists within UNIT4 ERP.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include ongoing tasks such as error handling, support requests, and writing manuals.
An important responsibility is to be one of the specialists for our fixed assets module. This role requires both accounting knowledge and systems understanding.
You will also participate in development work within KTH's financial system UNIT4 ERP and related systems, banks, etc.
Qualifications
Requirements
Economics and/or systems education at university level, at least bachelor's level, or equivalent competence, for example through education or acquired through work experience, which the authority deems equivalent.
Several years of experience working with UNIT4 ERP.
Strong accounting knowledge.
Ability to see the bigger picture and understand complex contexts
Experience writing system-related manuals and similar documents
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing as required in daily work
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone with personal maturity and confidence who has the ability to collaborate with others and build good relationships. You possess the specialized knowledge required by the position. To succeed in this role, being structured and service-oriented is essential.
