About the position As a systems engineer, you'll work with advanced technical systems within defense and security-critical operations. The role involves working closely with the entire system chain – from requirements analysis and breakdown to verification and dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. The focus is on radio technology, sensors, and electromagnetic systems for complex platforms. Main responsibilities • Work with system requirements and requirements breakdown into software and hardware • Ensure traceability and verifiability of requirements • Participate in verification, testing, and documentation • Be the technical link between different disciplines (software, hardware, test) • Present system solutions and results to the client and internal teams Team & context You'll become part of a systems engineering team of approximately 15 people with mixed levels of experience. The team works closely with project managers, product managers, and the development organization. The culture is characterized by high technical expertise, low staff turnover, and strong commitment. Required qualifications • Technical education (civil engineer or equivalent) • At least 2 years of relevant experience in, e.g., radio technology, radar, embedded systems, or software • Experience with requirements work, testing, or verification • Ability to work with abstract and complex systems • Swedish and English in speech and writing This assignment is classified as a security-classified position. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance and be approved according to applicable security regulations. This may involve requirements for specific citizenship.
