About the Work
As a systems administrator, you will work in a team responsible for managing and further developing the personnel administration system Heroma as well as other HR systems. You are an important part of the organization's digitalization journey and contribute to creating effective and well-functioning system support for HR processes.
The role includes, among other things:
Responsibility for system administration, such as maintenance of tables and controls
Serving as an expert in HR systems and contributing specialized knowledge in various contexts
Working on maintenance and further development of system support
Handling incidents and taking responsibility for testing in connection with errors and version updates
Driving and participating in improvement projects, both internally and in collaboration with external parties
Providing user support and guidance to the organization
Maintaining ongoing dialogue with system suppliers
Documenting procedures, working methods, and system usage
The work involves a central role in ensuring that the organization's HR systems support processes in the best way and develop in line with the organization's needs.
This position is a fixed-term employment for 12 months.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the interaction between HR processes and system support and who thrives in a development-oriented role.
We see that you have:
Higher education in computer science, or other education combined with experience deemed equivalent
Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience with systems administration
Knowledge of Heroma or other personnel administration systems
Experience working with HR processes in combination with system support
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You are communicative and service-minded, while also being able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You have an interest in development and thrive in a role where you can contribute to improvement and change.
