About the Role Would you like to work with us as a Systems Administrator? Your Responsibilities As a Systems Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring that the company's IT systems are functional, secure, and aligned with business needs. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and implementing our system solutions in close collaboration with the business and external vendors. The role involves leading and coordinating the management of one or more mission-critical IT systems. You will identify business needs, translate them into requirements, and drive development initiatives that improve workflows and create value for users. You will also develop guidelines, instructions, and technical solutions based on laws, regulations, and standards. An important part of your work is to support and train internal and external users, provide troubleshooting and technical support, and ensure that the right people have access to the right IT systems. You will also participate in projects related to system investments and continuously work on improvement suggestions, market monitoring, and development of our digital tools. This is a varied and developmental role where technology, business development, and collaboration go hand in hand. Requirements Post-secondary education in IT or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience Experience with systems administration processes and good understanding of IT systems and digital business support Experience from the electricity grid industry in general, and specifically in grid regulations and capital base is a merit Knowledge in information security and cybersecurity Strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good understanding of English Meritorious: experience with database management, programming, and project work We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can combine technology, business development, and collaboration.
