About the Business The Regional Management Administration has three main responsibilities: To govern and support operations based on legislation and regulations. To offer support and services for operations' processes and development. To provide support and qualitative information to the political elected representatives and regional management. The IT Support operational area is tasked with developing and managing overarching and shared processes in the field. It also handles services within these areas. Our operations are primarily located in Sundsvall, Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik, and Sollefteå. The operational assignment is to deliver IT services and telephony of high quality and security to the region's operations. Deliveries are made through projects, management, and support for a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a purchasing organization since large parts of the region's IT operations are managed by an external provider. We are in an intensive period with continued development of the Cosmic journal system, and the service is directed toward work with care-proximate management and development. We are now recruiting several system administrators/object specialists for the care-proximate system administration unit. You will work within the Care Support and e-health management object with focus on Cosmic. The position is a special fixed-term full-time employment for one year with the possibility of extension. Start date by agreement. Optional placement location within the region in Örnsköldsvik, Sundsvall, Härnösand, and Sollefteå. If needed, the opportunity may be provided for clinical work on a certain part of the position. The unit is responsible for care-proximate system administration of Cosmic. You will work closely with healthcare operations and contribute to the system functioning in the daily work of employees within health and medical care. The assignment involves developing, managing, and improving system support. We are now strengthening the regional Cosmic management within the following areas: Care Documentation Care Administration Pharmaceuticals Ordering and Response Training Depending on your competency profile, you will be matched to a relevant area. Responsibilities Handle matters related to Cosmic and ensure these are followed up and resolved Analyze operational needs and convert these into concrete improvement proposals for systems and working methods Order and validate configuration in cooperation with the supplier Engage in dialogue with operations to capture needs and support system usage Report status, deviations, and development needs to the object manager Quality assure documentation for end users Contribute to management plan activities being carried out as planned Conduct training initiatives for operations Participate in testing, implementation of changes, and system version upgrades Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has academic education in health and medical care or other university education that the employer deems relevant Has experience working in the Cosmic healthcare information system Has good skills in Swedish, spoken and written Holds a category B driver's license It is an advantage if you: Have education in system administration or information systems Have clinical education (e.g., registered nurse, nursing assistant, physician, medical secretary, or equivalent) Have work experience in care-proximate system administration or similar work Have experience working independently and managing multiple parallel tasks Have work experience planning and conducting training initiatives Have work experience collaborating with suppliers and external parties Have good skills in English, spoken and written To succeed in this role, we believe you have these personal qualities: Reliable Pedagogical insight Relationship-building Service-oriented Region Västernorrland With approximately 7,000 employees and over 200 professions, Region Västernorrland is responsible for several of the operations that are most important for residents' ability to participate in society.
